 Life has its twists, and after our business venture closed, my passion for hairstyling pulled me into a new direction. I embarked on a journey to beauty school, and for around 15 years, I've been joyfully sculpting hair and making my clients feel stunning.

My expertise flourishes in the realm of color and sassy haircuts. Whether it's a vibrant hue that reflects your personality or a bold cut that brings out your confidence, I'm here to turn visions into reality.

Hello, I'm Carina, and I'm thrilled to introduce myself as the proud owner of Justin Michael's Salon. When I acquired the salon from Norm Braga in January 2020, it marked a significant step in my journey that began here, in this very salon, when I worked for Norm back in 1997.

Juggling Real Estate Sales alongside Salon Ownership, my passion for both worlds has been a driving force. Having launched my first salon in 1998 and nurtured it until 2018, I've continued to maintain a strong presence in Real Estate. However, my heart belongs to the salon environment, where meaningful connections and creative expression thrive.

My journey is guided by unwavering passion, leading me back to the salon's vibrant atmosphere. Within these walls, my dedication extends to our exceptional staff and the clients who've become part of our extended family.

As a seasoned nail tech, I've honed my skills in precision and creativity. My reputation as a sought-after nail tech speaks to my commitment for the arts. My love of problem solving, attention to detail and math speaks to my commitment to Real Estate!

As a hairdresser I believe hair is a huge part of how we feel, how it identifies us and that with a good hair day, we can take on the world.

I have been a part of Justin Michael’s since  1990 and love every minute of it. I’ve been trained by 2 of the best, Norm Braga the original owner and his brother Mark Lucas, which I’m always grateful for.  

I love beautiful and natural styles, but I'm always up for creating something different for my clients. I pride myself as someone who creates effortlessly chic styles that stand out from the crowd.

I know that a stylists business exists and thrives by making our guests feel fabulous. I will always strive for professionalism and will continue to work the “Justin Michael’s” way, with education, care and class!!

Hi, my name is Norm Braga. 

I opened Justin Michael's in June of 1975 in Castro Valley but at that time it was called Norm's Hair Works. I changed the name to Justin Michael's in 1982 after my son, Justin Michael Braga, was born. 

In 1979 I moved Justin Michael's to its present location in Dublin. 

Education has always been at the forefront of Justin Michael's, having been trained by Vidal Sassoon, Toni and Guy teams and numerous award winning artists. 

After being in the hair industry for 50 years it was time to let someone else take over the reins. It's in my blood so I'll still be here a couple of days a week.

Growing up in her mother's salon, Catherine's passion for hairdressing blossomed, leading her on a remarkable journey throughout the Bay Area, working with prestigious names in Palo Alto, and ultimately finding her home at Justin Michaels.

Now settled in Dublin, Catherine dedicates most of her time to working with clients she adores. With a wealth of experience under her belt, there's hardly a challenge she can't conquer. Her dedication to perfecting her craft of Hair Artistry is truly inspiring. From her exceptional hand-painted BABY LIGHTS to her highly sought-after BALAYAGE technique, Catherine's work guarantees complete satisfaction.

Christopher's journey has taken him across Europe, sharing techniques alongside industry giants like Paul Mitchell, Horst of Aveda and Jeri Redding of Redkin. His client roster reads like a who's who, including rock stars and runway models.

With 30+ years of dedicated client service, I'm well-versed in the world of hair. My specialty lies in ethnic European hair, cultivated through my journey from Lebanon to Greece. 

In America, I've held my Cosmetologist license for 25 years, finding immense joy in my craft.

My passion? 

Total transformations. I'm your go-to for color fixes, hair extensions, frizz-taming Keratin treatments, and stunning cuts that suit your style.
